We specialize in remodels and additions and always look forward to ground-up new construction projects. We work closely with both the design team and the client to deliver the client's vision in the agreed-upon budget and time frame.
New Construction/Additions
Our skilled and reliable employees will help create your business the way you envision it, whether we are doing an addition or ground-up new construction. We assign a Lead General Manager to manage each project and to work with the clients every step of the way. We have developed trusted relationships with our existing clients as well as our sub-contractors and vendors. Your premises will reflect the benefit of our long-standing experience in the business.
Renovations
Retail/Restaurant Kitchen specialty-kitchen canopy system, Stainless Steel details, equipment, Gas, Plumbing, Fire Alarm Systems. Interior Design finishes selection, Building permits, Coordination of Engineering sub-consultants.
Consulting
Contemplating a construction project can be daunting if you don't have experience or knowledge of construction. At our company, we want you to feel supported from the first phone call to the one-yearfollow-up. We will consult with you about your questions, from projected budgets and timelines to thequality of materials or feasibility of a new idea. If you decide to proceed with us as your general contractor, you will have access to our consulting services throughout the duration of your project. Your own Lead GC will be onsite daily, and a Project Manager will be managing all decisions from the Office. ByoungHoon Min, the owner and founder of the company, is also an excellent resource and loves to share his knowledge of the field.
Post-Construction Service
Continued Service and Support Once construction is completed, IMCA coordinates the final City inspections and approvals in order to provide the completion certificate in a timely manner. This certificate indicates that air quality standards and fire safety requirements have all been met and the premise is able to be occupied.
If any defects occur after occupation or if the client needs to request any unforeseen modifications, IMCA construction workshop proves to be an advantage once again. By avoiding the use of contractors, IMCA is able to address any final client needs easily and quickly
